A dump truck has apparently partially rolled over on Route 33 near Jericho Road, Bergen.
It is on two wheels and entangled in cable and phone lines.
The driver is out of the vehicle and no injuries are reported.
Bergen Fire is responding and advised to use caution.
UPDATE 1:15 p.m.: Phone company is on scene.
A motor vehicle accident, in which one person suffered a wrist injury, is reported at the juncture of Ellicott and Cedar streets. City fire and BLS have responded.
A two-car accident with possible injuries has been reported at North and Summit streets, Batavia.
Mercy EMS is on scene and City Fire is responding. Mercy EMS, which found the accident, reports minor injuries.
Police has been dispatched to deal with traffic. The intersection is blocked.
A two-car motor vehicle accident with minor injuries is reported on the Thruway, westbound, at mile marker 399.4. Pembroke and Indian Falls fire departments and Mercy EMS are responding.
One of the vehicles is blocking traffic and one of the victims is a construction worker on the turn-around.
A 46-year-old motorcyclist from Caledonia got a ride to the hospital last night after his bike hit a car on Route 5 in Le Roy and then he was ejected from the bike and struck a pole.
Richard C. Hoag, of 2554 Black St., was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released.
Hoag was cited for alleged DWI and illegal passing.
The accident occurred about 12:58 a.m., Sunday, in the area of 8503 Route 5, Le Roy. Hoag was behind a 2001 Buick sedan driven by Jeanna Ann Pfalzer, 17, of Elba when Pfalzer apparently stopped to make a left-hand turn.
According to Deputy John Weis, who handled the investigation, Hoag attempted to pass Pfalzer on the left as she slowed to turn.
As she apparently started her turn, Hoag's bike struck her car and Hoag was ejected from the bike. His body hit a utility poll on the north side of the roadway.
Neither Pfalzer nor her passenger, Benjamin G. Carlie, 18, were injured.
A three-vehicle accident has been reported in Texaco Town, the intersection of Route 63 and Route 20, Pavilion.
Unknown injuries at this time.
Pavilion Fire and Mercy EMS are responding.

A golf-cart rollover accident with shoulder injuries is reported at Davis Countryside Meadow golf course in Pavilion, Hole 13.
The golf course is located at 11070 Perry Road, between York and Dillon roads. Pavilion Fire Department and Mercy EMS are responding.
A motor vehicle accident with injuries is reported in front of the Miss Batavia restaurant at 566 E. Main St. in Batavia.

A 19-year-old Pavilion woman was injured in a crash Sunday in Wyoming County after a driver from Perry allegedly failed to yield the right of way.
Kristi L. Fox suffered a concussion and facial injuries, according to State Police. Investigators blamed her injuries on the lack of a safety belt. She was issued a citation.
The other driver, Stacey R. Lamm, 45, of Perry, reportedly stopped at a stop sign at VanAllen and LaGrange roads, but then proceeded through the intersection.
She was issued a citation for alleged failure to yield right-of-way.
Lamm was not injured.
Fox was transported to Wyoming County Community Hospital where she was treated and released.
Wyoming Fire and EMS responded to the scene.
A driver on Walker Road said he didn't see a sign for an upcoming curve, leading to a single-vehicle rollover accident at 2:45 a.m. today in Darien.
The driver, 18-year-old Conor F. McNealus suffered "complaint of pain" injuries, according to the report prepared by Deputy Eric Seppella, but was not transported to a hospital.
McNealus, a resident of 19 Hubbell St., Canandaigua, was cited for alleged DWI, driving an uninspected vehicle and speeding.
His passengers, Taylor M. Selkirk, 19, Corbyn B. Manning, 18, and Joel Stitt, 19, were not injured.
The group was traveling in a 1996 Honda sedan.
The driver of a car hit from behind on Route 63 in Pavilion at 4:10 p.m., Tuesday, was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A witness to the accident disputes the account of the accident given by the driver who rear-ended the other car.
Brandon R. Brade, 28, of 1943 Genesee St., Corfu, said he was driving northwest on Route 63 when a car ahead of him swerved to avoid a car that had stopped for a left turn. Brade said he didn't have time to stop before hitting the car.
Paul Cody of Corbettsville said he saw the accident, but he never saw another car swerve ahead of Brade's car.
Injured was Craig S. Prucha, 49, of 6810 Ellicott Street Road, Pavilion. Prucha had apparently stopped to make a left hand turn into a driveway of 6808 Ellicott Street Road.
Brade was driving a 2003 Olds sedan and Prucha was driving a Ford pickup.
Deputy Matt Butler issued a traffic citation to Brade.
Route 77 at the Thruway is apparently blocked following a traffic accident involving a tractor trailer.
At least one person suffered minor injuries.
Pembroke and Indian Falls Fire are responding as well as Mercy EMS.
There's a report of "quite a bit of liquids leaking."
A tractor trailer vs. car accident has been reported in the area of mile marker 378.5 on the Thruway.
Le Roy Fire and Ambulance are being dispatched.
UPDATE 7:50 p.m.: The fuel tanks on the truck are leaking, and are full. No word on injuries.
An ATV rider in the area of Malby Road, east of Fisher Road, reportedly suffered facial and rib injuries in an accident.
He also lost consciousness, but is awake and alert now.
Oakfield Fire and Mercy EMS are responding.
UPDATE 7:05 p.m.: No need for Mercy Flight.
An 18-year-old man from Darien was riding a motorcycle in Wyoming County about 9:30 a.m., Saturday, when he may have swerved to avoid a deer and lost control of his bike.
Kyle Walker's bike hit the deer and then struck a utility pole.
Emergency responders found him unresponsive when they arrived on scene.

Town of Batavia Fire has been dispatched to check on the vehicle, which may be smoking.
A Le Roy woman said her brakes failed, causing her to enter the intersection at Ledge Road and Route 77 in Alabama, resulting in a two-car accident Tuesday that sent her to the hospital.
Injured was Sarah Scott, 21, of Oatka Trail, Le Roy. She was transported by ambulance to UMMC with "complaint of pain" injuries.
At 3:55 p.m., Tuesday, Scott was reportedly driving her 1990 Buick sedan eastbound on Ledge Road when she failed to stop at the intersection with Route 77.
She told Sgt. Greg Walker, who investigated the accident, that her brakes failed. Walker reported that a check of the vehicle showed it was low on brake fluid, but the brakes appeared operational.
Scott was issued a traffic citation.
The driver of the other vehicle, 53-year-old Maryann Ander of Medina, was not injured in the accident.
A house on Cleveland Road was seriously damaged after a driver failed to negotiate the sharp bend in the roadway.
The accident occurred at 5:21 p.m., Sunday.
The house, at 2047 Cleveland Road, suffered a cracked foundation, cracked walls and extensive interior damage.
The driver, James C. Emerson, 48, of State Street, Batavia, complained of injuries but was not transported to a hospital.
No citations are reported on the investigation report by Deputy Patrick Reeves.
Emerson told Reeves that he wasn't expecting Cleveland Road to suddenly have a turn where it did.
A two-vehicle accident has been reported on Route 5, a quarter mile west of the Pembroke Fire Hall, in Pembroke.
At least one person is injured, still in a car, but not trapped.
