Bob. I thought it looked like a Holley squirrel, after learning that the Long Island, NY attorney (Richard Brummel) had his case dismissed in Orleans County court.
From https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/2016-still-fighting-the-holley-ny-sq… , it looks like (to me, anyways) Long Island attorney Brummel is begging for people to send him money, because it's a long, expensive drive (round trip) from Long Island to Holley. Wouldn't you think that his actual "client", a Wayne County woman, would be paying his expenses?
And, from http://orleanshub.com/squirrel-slam-lawsuit-gets-new-life-in-court/ , from Mr. Brummel's statements that, “It’s really important that these issues be fought” and, “I couldn’t turn my back on what I thought was an attack on these lovely animals”, I would've thought he would be willing to go into personal debt, fighting for those "lovely animals".
I doubt I'll live long enough to see Hartz sued for producing flea collars. But, sooner or later, it'll probably happen. After all, fleas have feelings, too.
