Mary K. Muskopf
Mary K. Muskopf, 80 of Stafford, died October 25, 2011 at her home. She was born September 20, 1931 in Batavia to the late Theodore (Anna Duda) Krywy. Mrs. Muskopf worked 43 years for the New York Telephone and AT&T in both Batavia and Buffalo. She also worked as a Town of Stafford Court Clerk. Mary was a 1949 graduate of Batavia High School, member of the Pioneers Club, St. Nicholas Club, Moose Club, 20/20 Dinner Club, Batavia Band Booster Volunteer and Stafford Fireman’s Carnival Volunteer. She had a passion for lawn care and gardening, enjoyed sewing, traveling, creating costumes for dance and holidays, decorating for the holidays, Friday night fish fry, shopping with her daughters and was an avid All My Children fan. She is preceded in death by her husband Frederick H. Muskopf (2007).
She is survived by her daughters Patricia (Lawrence) Weill of Walworth, NY; Sandra Jean (Kevin) Hyde of Beavercreek, OH; 2 grandchildren Kelly and Erin Weill; brothers Alex Krywy of Morganville; John (Pat) Krywy of Spencerport; sisters Sophie (Roy) McClurg; Betty (Frank) Loncz both of Stafford; along with many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call from 1 to 5 PM on Sunday October 30, 2011 at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. 329-333 West Main St. Batavia, New York 14020. 11:00 AM Funeral Services will take place on Monday October 31, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church 300 East Main St. Batavia, NY 14020. Interment will take place in Grand View Cemetery, Batavia.
