You're kidding me, right?
You're kidding me, right? This perv was caught masturbating in a public store, in the infants dept and all he gets is an appearance ticket? I think he already made an appearance.
lol ya gotta love the Batavia
lol ya gotta love the Batavia nut jobs :)
This proves that you really
This proves that you really never know your neighbors. This guy lives on my street. There is no need for a person like this. I hope he ends up on some watch wish that warns people about him. Hell, I want him out of the neighborhood. There's a lot of little kids on this street, I hope the parents on the street keep their eyes open. I know I will. Never know what he is capable of!
Whatever happened to innocent
Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? I know Mr. Liptak and based on the initial incident report (A man is reportedly "touching himself inappropriately" in the infants' section of Kmart. Law enforcement is responding. He is described as an "older" person with red hair, having a "larger build," wearing jeans and a plaid hoodie. He is also believed to be intoxicated. The store is located at 8363 Lewiston Road in the Town of Batavia. http://thebatavian.com/billie-owens/man-suspected-lewd-behavior-being-s…) he does not match the description of the individual (Mr. Liptak has gray hair, is more of an average build, and doesn't drink). Perhaps the reason why he was only given an appearance ticket is because Mr. Liptak didn't fit the description and the police couldn't locate the actual perp. (If there had been no doubt they would have arrested him, especially for masturbating in public and public intoxication.)
