Recreational fire draws ire on Ross Street in the city

i personally think that recreational fires should be banned in the city.....at least during summer months when everybody has their windows open....i have to close my windows almost every night because a neighbor is having a campfire and the smoke and the smell just rolls into my house. if you want campfires move to the country or go camping...just my opinion

§ 125-5
Recreational fires.

C. A recreational fire that is hazardous, offensive, objectionable, or unreasonably interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property due to smoke or odor emissions shall be prohibited.

D.The Fire Chief or Chief of Police or his or her designee is authorized to order the extinguishment of a recreational fire which creates or adds to a hazardous, offensive, or objectionable condition.
