Any follow up? How old? Is he OK? Did he lock himself in or neglected by parents?

Well Bob I would think it would depend. I would think that either way they would be neglectful, you either left your kid in the car or you were totally clueless that your child has left or you gave the keys to your child to get into or back in the car.
Hope the youngster is alright. Heat Stroke or Heat Exhaustion is no joke!
