Genesee Community College's second-highest ranking administrator, the interim VP for Academic Affairs, Michael Stoll, was reportedly arrested on Good Friday in Rochester for alleged public lewdness.
The 66-year-old resident of Warboys Road, Bergen, allegedly exposed himself to an undercover police officer at 11 a.m. while in a Rochester municipal park.
Our news partner WBTA learned of the arrest from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
The charge against Stoll is a Class B misdemeanor.
Stoll posted $250 bail the same day.
The senior administrator began his career at GCC 42 years ago when the college first opened.
GCC spokesman Richard Ensman told WBTA that the college was not aware of Stoll’s arrest. Ensman said GCC is investigating.
"If.you show me yours, I'll
"If.you show me yours, I'll show you mine"
Lol Gary, you know that you
Lol Gary, you know that you can't make jokes like that and expect to be loved! Hmmm....in Rochester exposing himself to an undercover officer sounds like he was trying to play the "lets make a deal" game and got caught with his pants down...nyuk nyuk. I wonder if when he was busted he said something like: "It's my first time...I've never done this before!"
GCC spokesman Richard Ensman
GCC spokesman Richard Ensman told WBTA that the college was not aware of Stoll’s arrest. Ensman said GCC is investigating.......I find it hard to believe that GCC didn't know about this.It happened two weeks ago..What to investigate....Doesn't matter if he is innocent or guilty...GCC knew...
Mark why would you find it
Mark why would you find it hard to believe,
1) it happened in Rochester
2) To the best of my knowledge this was the first local report of it
3) He bailed himself out immediately and I can't say as I would blame him for not exactly bringing it up with co workers
Why would they know up until now, police agencies do not report to employers.
We have to stop trying to find conspiracies in every event, he is not the first guy that got caught trolling the parks and arrested out of town somewhere that managed to hide it from their employer and for certain won't be the last.
And what is GCC to investigate? Perhaps the nature of the actual charge and whether it should impact his tenure. whether or not he was convicted, remember an arrest does not a conviction make.
GCC didn't drop their pants or the ball, and at this point the Mr. Stoll is only accused of dropping his pants, not convicted.
Thank you, Mark!
Thank you, Mark!
Since it was a class B
Since it was a class B misdemeanor and in Monroe County, how would GCC know? It probably didn't even make the D&C.
Anybody happen to know what
Anybody happen to know what the poor wife's name is? Are they originally from Rochester??
