They maybe talking about what the police and security at darien lake call the graveyard which is on darien lake property it is the far far back section of the concert parking area, called the graveyard because of the amount of fights and other stuff that goes on there because it is so far back and dark back there not sure people havent been killed over the years back there...
I don't think that's right. I've never heard that section referred to as the grave yard but I'm not security. There have not been any killings in that area in the last 25 years or ever. There is a really old grave yard on 77 just past Sumner Rd on the left. I would venture that's where it was. I know of no grave yards on Colby. If there is, it's well hidden.

I Googled Darien cemetery and used that address. Turns out it's the Darien Cemetery Association, Inc. Presumably, the associates are alive.

The old ride parts are up near Sumner Rd (between concert parking and employee parking) and they refer to it as the bone yard. :)
