Tom Monnier submitted this photo of a frog that he found in his backyard a couple of days ago.

I did a bit of research because I'm no frog expert, but I found it to be a tree frog. I live right in the Village of Oakfield so it's rather rare to see this frog on my grill! Had to take a picture and it seemed very photogenic! Figured maybe someone might be able to tell me if I will be seeing more of them around this season.
My Sister in Law lives in
My Sister in Law lives in Holley, and they have these by the DOZENS in their yard. I think it's kind interesting how they move up the side of the house! The climbing ability is awesome!
Tom: I'm no frog expert
Tom:
I'm no frog expert either but I was under the impression that tree frogs were much smaller than the one in your picture. Just wanted to mention that you probably have been listening to tree frogs all summer---after dark, a noise from the trees, a chirpy sound. We hear them all the time.

Tom, too bad nobody has come
Tom, too bad nobody has come up with more information about this frog, but it is a great picture.
