Honestly this house looks much better in the video that it normally does. I take Union Street Ext every day to work so I look directly at this house and I have to agree with the neighbors that something needs to be done. On several occasions there have been at least 10 giant blue oil-drum type containers in the front yard of the house - some look as if they have been cut to form chairs of some sort. The plants are the lastest thing - and they look 100% better than it has in the past when there was a massive arbor like structure topped with 10 gallon paint buckets. The ducks might be the latest issue but they are probably the least of the concerns.
It isn't on your property and isn't a health hazard so leave people alone. It is funny that most people that witness a crime don't take action but if you have junk in your own yard everyone else wants to make it thier problem. Just like getting rid of clothes lines because some people don't like the way they look. You people need to deal with real problems insteady of petty crap.
Selling your house is not a problem the problem is how much work and money has to be put into this house inside and out and you want to know about the people you live by and If it was a drug house or a sex offender or even a meth house that lives there I don't think that is the case here Mr Grozeoplane is a good guy is taking care of animals and of course his vegetables so you know what he does and is no secret to anyone just look at his home and you will see he is just has a lot of hobbies that he likes and enjoys

The blue things in his yard were from the farm that he used to work at and his friend drop them off to him they were Not oil drums they had iodine in them that you use to clean the cows utters with before and after milking them He was using them to make duck houses for his ducks and geese that he owns at his pond so they could have there babies in them he is always trying to making something new or crate something so he would be saving some money buy doing this so he would not have to pay the extra dollars for it
if its going to cost the neighbor 30k in a sale price maybe she should just pay 5k and have a fence built. me and my wife bought a house in the middle of 2 condemned properties overgrown weeds siding falling off the house havnt been lived in for a decade did it stop me from buying it no? who cares what a neighbor is doing as long as it isnt a danger to your family or effect your lifestyle get over it and suck it up. i saw that ladies yard her grass isnt as green as it could be so should someone complain about that? the guys disabled and cant work so he raises animals as a hobby how is that different then a guy who has a 66mmustang he works on everyweekend? my wife has 2 ducks i hate the things cause the kill my grass but they dont bother anyone. sounds to me like people in batavia need to start worrying more about themselves and less about there neighbors
Love thy neighbor; why not help this guy out since he is disabled. I’m sure he has a lot to offer the youth of Batavia, he has a pond, and wildlife which need attending. Isn’t there a group out there who can help him out?
Love thy neighbor no longer exists in most places. People care about themselves, how much money they make and what they can show off to their neighbors.
Thanks Jeremiah, How good would the feeling be to see Batavia in a positive light for a change on the local television news stations. A human interest story of a community coming to the aid of a disable environmentalist neighbor during his time of need should show what a caring community Batavia is. If I wasn’t out of town for some time to come I would take charge of this neighborly thing to do.
