It looks like work has finally begun on the Ellicott Street railroad crossing.
Center Street is closed at Ellicott. There is two-way traffic this morning on Ellicott, but guided by cones.

The Wortendyke and Upton Road
The Wortendyke and Upton Road tracks are also being fixed today, or at least they were this morning. They were horrible and I am very appreciative as I'm sure others who drive those roads are as well.
