Little girl walking down Southside roadway with 'screwdriver in her mouth'

A female about 5 years old is reportedly walking alone down the roadway in the area of Watson and Thorpe streets on the Southside of the city. She appears to be "carrying a screwdriver in her mouth." City police are responding.
