Elba Betterment Committee 2nd Annual Basket Raffle.  Over $1,000 worth of gifts and prizes donated by farms, small businesses and churches in Elba.  Drawing on Friday, April 3rd, 7:00 pm at Chap's Elba Diner.  Tickets are $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00 and are on sale now at Chap's or from any member of the Betterment Committee.  Contact Joanne Soules at 409-3183 or Pauli Miano at 356-1561 with questions or to purchse tickets.
