Edward Jones financial services tops Customer Experience Index by independent research firm

Financial-services firm Edward Jones ranked No. 1 among investment firms for customer experience in The U.S. Customer Experience Index, 2020. This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has received the highest spot on the CX Index among investment firms from Forrester Research, an independent research firm.

Forrester's Customer Experience Index (CX Index (TM)) methodology measures how well a brand's customer experience creates and sustains the loyalty of its customers.

In addition to the No. 1 ranking overall, Edward Jones finished highest in the categories of Customer Service and Clear Communications among investment firms. And the likelihood of recommending their investment firm was highest among Edward Jones clients.

Financial services firm Edward Jones ranks highest in investor satisfaction with full-service brokerage firms, according to the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study (SM), the firm recently announced.

The study measures overall investor satisfaction with 18 full-service investment firms based on eight factors, including financial advisor, account information, investment performance, firm interaction, product offerings, commissions and fees, information resources, and problem resolution. The firm scored 853 in overall satisfaction, 18 points over the industry average.

Local Batavia Edward Jones Branch Office supports Salvation Army Food Drive

Local residents and businesses may help those less fortunate in the community by bringing in items to the Edward Jones branch office during regular business hours from Thursday, Oct. 1st to Thursday, Nov. 19th.

The items needed for the food drive include: canned and boxed items such as cereal, pasta sauce, peanut butter -- of which they are currently low in stock. Canned fruits, vegetables, gravy, soups, pasta and canned meats are always needed. potatoes, pasta, desserts, and gravy.

Batavia financial advisor wins coveted award from Edward Jones

Michael R. Marsh, financial advisor at the Batavia office of Edward Jones, recently won the firm's coveted Zeke McIntyre Pioneer Award. It recognizes new financial advisors who achieve high levels of success early in their careers with the financial services firm.
