Alexander Dean named to Commonwealth University's fall 2023 dean's list

Alexander Dean, of Bergen, has been named to the Commonwealth University Dean's List for the Fall 2023 semester. 

Dean is a student at the Mansfield campus.

The list, prepared at the end of each semester, recognizes those students who have achieved academic distinction. To qualify for the Dean's List, the student must have earned a GPA of at least 3.50, on a 4.0 scale, in 12 or more semester hours of letter grades.

Noah Pickard named to SUNY Oneonta's fall 2023 dean's list

Noah Pickard of Batavia was one of more than 1,200 SUNY Oneonta students who earned Dean's List honors for the fall 2023 semester. Pickard is studying Dietetics at SUNY Oneonta.

To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.

Brooke Jarkiewicz has been named to Clarkson University's dean's list

Brooke Jarkiewicz of Byron, a sophomore majoring in civil engineering, was named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2023 semester at Clarkson University.

Dean's List students must achieve a minimum 3.25 grade-point average and also carry at least 14 credit hours.

Urbanczyk named to PennWest fall 2023 dean's list

Congratulations to Charles Urbanczyk of East Bethany on being named to the Pennsylvania Western University Dean's List for the 2023 fall semester.

Over 3,200 Pennsylvania Western University students earned placement on the Dean's List. Degree-seeking undergraduate students who achieve high academic standards are identified in accordance with the following criteria:

  • The student must earn a minimum semester GPA of 3.40. 
  • The student must earn a minimum of 12 graded credits during the semester, not including credits by proficiency examinations, incomplete grades, temporary grades (e.g., Not Reported), or satisfactory/unsatisfactory grades.

Kresock of Elba achieves fall 2023 dean's list at Belmont University

Connor Kresock, of Elba, qualified for Belmont University's Fall 2023 Dean's List. Approximately 52 percent of Belmont's 7,338 undergraduate students qualified.

Johanna Knickerbocker named to Elmira College dean's list for fall 2023

Brooke Kennedy earns Deans' Scholarship at Baldwin Wallace University

Brooke Kennedy of Basom was among over 700 first-year students welcomed to the Baldwin Wallace University campus this fall who earned more than $13.1 million in merit scholarships. Kennedy, a graduate of Oakfield-Alabama Central School majoring in international studies, earned a $17,000 Dean's Scholarship based on outstanding academic achievements in high school.

BW's merit scholarships are awarded to full-time students and are renewable for up to four years with good academic and social standing. BW offers a wide range of financial support to its students - more than $56 million for the 2023-2024 academic year.

SUNY Cortland announces its spring 2023 dean's list
