The Veterans One-stop Center and Genesee Community College’s Adult Educational Opportunity Center are preparing for a 50th Anniversary Veterans’ Career and Community Fair. It has a two-fold purpose. Firstly, the college wants to give veterans the opportunity to meet with potential employers and to meet community agencies that have services that can be helpful to them. Secondly, GCC would like to connect with veterans in the community who are interested in returning to school at any level. We are prepared to help them to successfully negotiate all of the systems they will encounter.
