LOVE FOR LUCAS BENEFIT & Spaghetti Dinner Please join us on Saturday, September 9th, 2017 from 1pm-6pm at the Sacred Heart Church, 17 Sumner St., Batavia, NY 14020. We are hoping a benefit to aid the Clemm family with their expenses for a second opinion in New York City. Lucas has recently shown a decline in the effectiveness of his pain management.

Batavia Peace Garden’s Annual Pasta Dinner Fundraiser

The Batavia Peace Garden’s Annual Pasta Dinner Fundraiser will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 25th, at Resurrection Church Hall, located at 18 Ellicott St., Batavia. The public is invited to attend this gala event. The evening will feature a basket raffle, & 50-50 drawing. Plan to spend an evening of good food, good fun, good company all while supporting this beautiful community garden. The menu includes a complete meal consisting of penne pasta, meatballs, Italian bread, salad, beverage and dessert. Guests can eat in or take out.

Batavia Kiwanis Club Spaghetti & Meatball dinner/fundraiser at YWCA on North Street

If you love a delicious homemade sauce for a great Spaghetti and Meatball Dinner, then come to the YWCA on Sunday, April 2. The Batavia Kiwanis Club will be serving their annual dinner to benefit worthy causes from 12 to 3 p.m. at the YWCA, 301 North St., Batavia. Only $6 per person! You can’t get a meal like this for this price! Take-outs are available! Tickets available at the door or from any Kiwanis Club member.

Oakfield-Alabama Lions Club hosts Benefit Night at Denny’s in Batavia

Members of the Oakfield-Alabama Lions Club will be at Denny’s Restaurant on Main Street in Batavia on Wednesday, Oct. 19, to raise funds as part of Denny’s Benefit Night. From 4 to 9 p.m., Denny’s will donate 20 percent of all pre-tax sales directly to the club. Funds will be used to support the Oakfield-Alabama Lions program for vision screening.
