Veshuan Dequise Thomas, 33, of East Bethany-Le Roy Road in Bethany, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. this morning and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief, 4th. He was arraigned in Bethany Town Court, where he is to appear at a later date, and jailed in lieu
