Charles Urbanczyk of East Bethany graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Speech & Hearing Sciences from Pennsylvania Western University on May 4.
Urbanczyk, who studied at PennWest's Edinboro campus, was among nearly 1,800 students who received undergraduate, masters and doctoral degrees.
PennWest University celebrated the successes of these graduates during spring commencement ceremonies on each campus.
