Sheri Robertson Mort, 78, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2025. She was married to Rev. Wayne A. Mort, pastor of the Batavia First United Methodist Church for 56 years. Surviving are her daughters Stephanie (Christopher) Buwalda and Stacie (James) Maddox and five grandchildren: Catalin, Evonne, Lillian, Gabriel and Logan. In addition, there are nieces, nephews, a cousin, several other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Batavia First United Methodist Church on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Noon. Calling hours will precede the service beginning at 11 a.m.—Noon.
