Wesley Adam Ball

Wesley Adam Ball, 91, of Batavia, NY, died at United Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, following a brief illness. A Batavia native, he was the son of the late Elmer George Ball and Elizabeth Susan "Betty" Ball, née Yesberger.

 In his younger years, he enjoyed playing chess, attending baseball games at Dwyer Stadium, and visiting his mother's family downstate. He was briefly employed in manufacturing at the former P.W. Minor shoe factory in Batavia.

 In addition to his parents, Wes was predeceased by his sister, Rita Arlene Graham of Rochester, NY. Surviving are two nieces, Margaret Graham-Smith of Lancaster, PA, and Patricia Beal of Bailey, CO., and grand-niece Nora Haskins of King of Prussia, PA.

In keeping with Wesley's wishes, there will be no memorial service.
