Beloved husband of Mary Ellen (Keizer) Lewis; dear father of Rick (Rebecca Flanders) Lewis and Ryan (Amanda) Lewis;loving son of Lois and the late David Lewis; brother of Larry (Betty) Lewis, Johnny Lewis and the late Sheri (Thom) Kaminski; son-in-law of Dorothy and the late Robert Keizer; brother-in-law of Gary (late Linda) Caccamise, Marilyn (David) Grinnell, Jack (Carrie) Caccamise and Kathy (late Joe) Trigilio; also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
