Teresa was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, teacher and coach. Her smile could light up a room and she would always put others before herself. Teresa’s spirit was contagious; whether it was doing cartwheels after softball games, inspiring her students to get excited about Spanish, or playing with her granddaughter Lena. She was Lena’s favorite person and her family was her whole world.
In addition to her mother, Teresa is survived by her daughters; Amanda (Richard Paganello) Wormley of E. Bethany and Brittany Wormley of Webster; siblings Christopher (Lisa) Suozzi of Batavia, Joseph (Jennifer) Suozzi of Powell, OH., sister-in-law Mary Beth Suozzi of Batavia; granddaughter Lena Savona, along with many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call from 4:00-8:00PM on Tuesday December 21, 2021 at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Co. Inc. 329-333 West Main Street Batavia, New York 14020. A 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday December 22nd at Resurrection Parish 303 E. Main St. in Batavia. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
