Patricia worked for many years at Chase Bank in Batavia. She loved NASCAR, Elvis, the New York Yankees and baking. Patricia enjoyed camping and cookouts with her family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Root and Wendy Root both of Albion, sister, Becky (Ray) Madigan of Clarendon, brother, Richard (Kathy) Manning Jr. of Texas, 3 grandchildren, David (Brittany) DiSalvo, Kari Stoddard, Katelyn DiSalvo, 6 great-grandchildren, Tanner, Gunner, Piper, Justin, David, Benjamin, along with several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 4 to 7 PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc., 329-333 West Main St., Batavia, NY 14020. A 7:00 PM Celebration of Life will immediately follow on Friday at the Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in Lakeview Cemetery, Brockport.
