He is survived by his wife of 33 years; Donna Sigl; Son Michael Sigl; sister Sharon (Bob) Laux; brother Terry (Laurie) Sigl; sisters-in-law Diane Sigl, Margaret Plunkett and Barbara Roberts, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Robert was born in Rochester, NY and was a proud Army veteran serving in Alaska. He worked for many years at Toyota of Batavia, known to many as “Toyota Bob”. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid golfer.
Friends are invited to call on Sunday March 14, 2021 from 2:00-5:00PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Co. Inc. 329-333 West Main St. Batavia, New York 14020. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Robert will be laid to rest in the Western New York National Cemetery.
