Survived by his wife Grace Brew Boyer, son James (Roxanne) Boyer, daughters Susan Boyer-Reid (Richard) and Mary Kay Watkins (Mark). Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Richard was a Korean War Veteran who at 19 commanded a USAF site during the conflict. He later used those skills to become a telecommunication engineer.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 23 at 1pm at Mt. Rest Cemetery, 80 South Lake Street in Bergen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Richards name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
