
Sharon ran the concession stand at St. Mary’s Church Bingo for 15 years where many people enjoyed her soups and pies. She was a member of The American Legion Auxiliary in LeRoy, where she and her family members catered many events. Besides cooking and baking, Sharon enjoyed trips to the casino, but most of all spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her daughters Kimberly (Tina) Marple of Canandaigua; Kathleen (Marty) Hein of Batavia; step-children Peter (Theresa) Falcone of NC; Frank Falcone, Michaleen Falcone both of Batavia, and their families. Grandchildren Bobby (Linda) Dickinson, Brittany (Adam) Hein, Stacy (Eric) Hein, Chad (Miranda) Dickinson; great-grandchildren Olivia, Vinny, Payton, Emma, Colton, Harrison, Ani, Catherine, Gracie, Kacy and Brantley; sisters Suzanne Kearns of Batavia; Barbara (Mike) Mittelstadt of Lockport; brother William Kearns of Batavia, along with many nieces and nephews. Also, her special friends Bob (Ruth) VanDorn, Dan (Judy) Ziccardi and Bob Dickinson.
Sharon’s family would like to thank the Wilmot Cancer Center, especially Dr. Kamath, and Dr. Fernaayes of Pembroke Family Medicine for their excellent care over the years along with VNA Home Care Services.
Services will be held privately for the family only. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Batavia.
