Tom worked as a painter and carpenter. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers, Minnesota Wild and New York Mets fan. Tom loved music, St. Patrick’s Day and most of all his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Amanda Smith of Wilmington, NC; Trevor Murtagh of Ontario, NY; grandchildren Lilian and Asher; the love of his life Jane Maskell of Byron; brother Michael (Dee) Murtagh of Rochester; niece Siobhan Murtagh, nephews Michael Murtagh Jr. and John Beigas
There will be no prior calling hours. A Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
