Ken was a longtime member of the Batavia First United Methodist Church and was a retired Senior Groundskeeper at Genesee Community College. He attended Alexander Central School, graduating in 1950 and from Alfred Ag & Tech in 1952, he served our nation proudly with the United States Navy. Ken enjoyed collecting bottles and ash trays being a member of the Tonawanda Valley Collectors Club and a Life Member of the Town of Batavia Fire Department.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Doris June Dart of Batavia; loving daughters, Tammy Lynn Dart of OH and Lisa Ann (Brian) Russell of FL; cherished grandchildren, Erica Rowcliffe, Alex Rowcliffe, Hayden (Laura) Molner, Griffin Molner, Kayley Molner, Nicholas Russell, Lauren Russell; great-grandchildren, Peter and Oliver Molner; brother, Roger Dart of Chili; sister, Carol Wicks of FL along with several nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic Ken’s funeral services will be held by the immediately family only. He will be laid to rest in Maple Lawn Cemetery in Elba and memorials in his memory can be made to Volunteers for Animals 3841 West Main Street Road Batavia, NY 14020.
