MILDRED “LOIS” REINHARDT ~ Age 76, of Corfu, died peacefully in her sleep Saturday March 2, 2019 at home. Born in Buffalo, NY on December 30, 1942, a daughter of the late George and Caroline (Wardinger) Keller, also preceded in death by sisters, Carol Schuh, Kay Krauss and grandson, Matthew Reinhardt.
Lois worked for many years at Kutter’s Cheese Factory and Aakron Rule. She enjoyed her flower gardens, playing cards with friends, but especially enjoyed spending time with her family at home.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jacob Reinhardt, Sr. of Corfu; children, Jacob (Julie) Reinhardt, Jr. of Corfu, Robynn (Richard) Rumble, Sr. of Basom and James (Tera) Reinhardt of Corfu; grandchildren, Richard (Desirae) Rumble, Jr., Jacob (Megan Gerych) Reinhardt, Joshua (Michelle) Reinhardt, Rebecca (Fred Drahms) Reinhardt, Kristina (Charles) Chatley, Kenneth Rumble, Ashley (Christopher) Longmire; great-grandchildren, Hailee, Carson & Jayde; sister, Marilyn Garrison of Olean; 2 “bonus” granddaughters; 3 “bonus” great-granddaughters along with several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Lois’s Life will be held at the family home/pond on a date and time to be announced later this spring. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to the Pembroke Youth Association, PO Box 386 Corfu, New York 14036.
