Batavia - Elba E. Cruz, 81, of Batavia, died Monday, February 26, 2018 at Premier Genesee Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, in Batavia.
Mrs. Cruz was born July 1, 1936 in Puerto Rico and married Victor S. Oquendo who died in 1989.
She was a beautician in the Bronx for many years.
Survivors include a son, Daniel Oquendo of Batavia; a daughter, Nancy (Felix) Marquez of NC and several grandchildren.
Friends may call on Tuesday February 27, 2018 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 E. Main St. in Batavia, where services will immediately follow at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O.
