Age 50, formerly of Corfu, went home to the Lord peacefully Thursday January 18, 2018 at Highland Hospital in Rochester with his loved ones by his side. He was born March 14, 1967 in Batavia, NY a son of the late, Jerome Lang, Sr. and Nancy (William) Sage, also preceded in death by his sister, Daryl Lang-Cofran.
Howard was a 1985 graduate of Pembroke High School and attended Valley Forge Christian College where he went on to be an ordained Youth Minister. He suffered a traumatic brain injury some 30 years ago that left him with many challenges throughout his life, but with his love of the Lord and his family he faced all with dignity. Howie was a "talker" on many subjects and to anyone who would listen, he had a love for children, football, movies, trips to Wal-Mart and loved his four-legged companion, "Fuzz Beast", his cat, Ashley.
He is survived by sister, Rhonda Lang of Akron; brother, Jerome (Jan) Lang of East Aurora; twin-sister, Brenda (Richard) Lavrincik of Attica; aunts, uncles, nieces/nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins; awesome personal physician, Dr. Lineman; services coordinator and personal friend, Bobby (Love) Lasher.
