Regina M. Slivinski

Regina M. Slivinski, 78, of Batavia passed away peacefully on Friday January 19, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 4, 1939 in Batavia to the late Getman (Marlene Best) Wolff. Regina is predeceased by her husband Stanley Slivinski Jr.

Mrs. Slivinski worked for many years at Ebling’s Laundry. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Batavia. Regina enjoyed sewing, gardening, landscaping and playing golf. She was an excellent baker and made some of the best cookies around. The family would like to thank the staff at Manor House and New York State Veterans Home @ Batavia for the exceptional care they gave her for the past two years.

She is survived by her brother Richard (Linda) Wolff; brother-in-law Brian (Gail) Slivinski; nephews Mark Wolff, Gregg (Tina) Wolff and Scott (Debra) Wolff; close friend Vic Jensen all of Batavia, along with several great-nieces and nephews.  

Friends are invited to call from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. 329-333 West Main Street, Batavia, New York 14020. An 11:00 AM Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Funeral Home. Regina will be laid to rest in Grand View Cemetery, Batavia.
