Susan J. Molek

Susan J. Molek, 47, of Wellington, Ohio, formally of Batavia passed away on July 30, 2015 at Rochester General Hospital.  She was born on February 3, 1968 in Batavia to Marian (Wight) Worthington of Batavia and the late Raymond Worthington. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her father-in-law Michael Molek.

Susan was a choral accompanist with the Oberlin Choristers and active in many community theaters. She was an active teacher in the community and a home schooling mom with a special love for music.

She is survived by her husband Michael Molek of Ohio, son Jason Molek and daughter Julia Molek both of Ohio; brother David Worthington of Batavia; mother in law Carol Molek of Ohio; sisters in law Christine (Steve) Boden of Ohio and Cynthia (Jerry) Loszack also of Ohio along with many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call from 1:00 – 5:00PM on Sunday August 2, 2015 at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. 329-333 West Main Street Batavia, New York 14020.  An 11:00AM Funeral Service will be held on Monday August 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
