Ann Frances Adamczyk

Ann Frances Adamczyk, 96 of Batavia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday (July 15, 2015) at the LeRoy Village Green Nursing Home.

She was born November 14, 1918 in Lackawanna, NY, a daughter of the late Leo and Bertha Wrobel Wilkosz.

Ann was a pharmacy aide for St. Jerome Hospital prior to her retirement. She was a member of Ascension Parish and the Altar and Rosary Society.

She was predeceased by her husband, Henry J. Adamczyk and sister of the late Leo Wilkosz, Edward Wilkosz, Stephen Wilkosz and Helen Balonek.

Survivors include two sons, Edward (Candie) Adamczyk of Avon and Richard (Kathaleen) Adamczyk of Batavia. Daughter, Rosann (David) Panek of Churchville. Sister, Lottie (Paul) Starowicz of Batavia. Sister in-law, Susan Wilkosz of Buffalo.  Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12  great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to share thoughts, condolences and fond memories on Sunday (July 19th) from 4-7pm  at the J. LEONARD MCANDREW FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2 Bogue Ave., Batavia.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 10:00am at Ascension Parish (corner of Swan and Sumner Sts).  Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
