Marian will forever be remembered for her big heart and welcoming nature. Friends and family were drawn to her home as they were always met with a warm welcome. Marian was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Sabres. She loved to play Rummy and Euchre and enjoyed a scratch off ticket now and again. Marian will be deeply missed by all who have had the pleasure to know her.
Together they raised 4 children; Gregory P. (Candi) Staebell of Waynesboro, Virginia, Sharon E. (Russell) Prosser of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, Stuart James (Melody) Staebell of Wilmington, North Carolina, Kathleen A. (Carl) Stone of Corfu, New York; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, and one special grand dog.

An 11:00 AM Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. She will be laid to rest in Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Corfu.
