Mr. Kinne was a member of Ascension Parish and a United States Navy Veteran. He worked for over 25 years at GTE Sylvania and at Delco until his retirement in 1992. Bob enjoyed drawing, woodworking and was an avid football fan.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Elizabeth (Marcello) Kinne of Batavia; loving children, James (Linda) Kinne of TN, Susan (Robert) Lynch of Oakfield and Barbara (Al Panepinto) Johnson of Batavia; grandchildren, Steven (Veronica) Lamkin, Matthew Lamkin, Nicole & Austin Johnson, Miranda, Jacob & Joshua Kinne and Josie Panepinto; 7 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to recite prayers 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 15, 2014 at the Michael S. Tomaszewski Funeral & Cremation Chapel, LLC 4120 West Main Street Road Batavia, New York 14020 followed by an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Ascension Parish (Sacred Heart Site) where services will commence with Military Honors. Entombment will be in St. Joseph's Mausoleum and in lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family for distribution to various charities.
