Age 82, of Batavia, died peacefully Thursday afternoon Augst 16, 2012 at United Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Batavia, on February 2, 1930 to the late Boguslaw & Mary (Jankowski) Krzewinski, also preceded in death by her brothers Stanley, Matthew, Richard and a sister Irene Gillette.
Ryta was a member of Resurrection Parish and was formerly employed by Lapp Insulator in LeRoy. In her earlier years she was an avid golfer, enjoyed walks in the park and spending time with her friends having coffee and lunch.
Surviving is her loving son Gary (MaryAnn) Brownell of New Mexico; sister Helen Krzewinski of LeRoy along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews & dear friends.
Family and friends may visit from 6-8 PM Sunday August 19 at the Michael S. Tomaszewski Funeral & Cremation Chapel, LLC 4120 West Main Street Road Batavia, New York where prayers will be recited 9:30 AM Monday August 20 followed by a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at Resurrection Parish (St. Joseph's SIte).
