ELEANOR R. KINGSLEY

Age 89, of Pavilion, died Monday January 16, 2017 at Orchard Manor Nursing in Medina. She was born February 13, 1927 in Perry, NY daughter of the late Willard and Esther (Watkins) Creveling also preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Kingsley in 2009, sister, Naomi Upham; grandchildren, Kurt Kingsley and Denise Kingsley. 

Mrs. Kingsley was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother to her family and for many years owned and operated Country Fabrics. She enjoyed baking, sewing, quilting, needlepoint, ceramics and was always ready to see her son-in-law, Bill Pitcher's band perform. 

Surviving are her devoted children, Sandra (Mike) Whalen of Pavilion, Cheryl (Bill) Pitcher of Batavia, Craig (Linda) Kingsley, Dennis Kingsley and Douglas Kingsley all of Pavilion; grandchildren, Andrew (Jane) Whalen, Mark (Gail) Whalen & Robert Whalen, Tim and Adam Pitcher, Molly (late Arthur) Smith, Cara (Rob) LaPoint, Casey (Mike) Tucci, Kate (Travis) Sic, Kim (Mark) Kinney, Krystal Kingsley, Amy Kingsley (Chad) and Jamie (Chad) Leuer; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild along with many nieces and nephews. 

Eleanor's family will be present from 5-6p.m. Sunday January 22, 2017, at the Dibble Family Center 4110 West Main Street Rd. Batavia with a time of sharing and reflection at 6p.m. followed by a dinner reception. She will be laid to rest in Pittsford Cemetery and memorials in her memory can be made to the Pavilion Fire Co. & Rescue Squad.
