Mr. Langdon worked for 34 years at New York Telephone and then Verizon in Batavia. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, an avid gardener and enjoyed woodworking.
Mr. Langdon is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Barbara (Nelson) Langdon of Batavia; daughter Susan Langdon of Lockport; son David (Peggy) Langdon of Fredericksburg, VA; sister Brenda Emens of Batavia; grandchildren Anne (Ryan) Thompson, Edward “Ted” (Courtney) Langdon; great-grandchildren Winnie and Fern Thompson, along with many nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior calling hours. Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service 2:00 PM on Monday June 13, 2016 at West Middlebury Cemetery.
