Cheryl M. Karl, 75 of Batavia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday (January 8, 2025) at Rochester General Hospital.
She was born May 29, 1949 in Oroville, CA, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mildred Elkins Woolley.
Cheryl was a nature enthusiast and loved anything that grew outside. She had a vast knowledge of flowers. She also enjoyed feeding the squirrels and chipmunks in her backyard.
She is survived by her husband of over 53 years, Philip Karl of Batavia. Sister, Nora (Bobby) Judd of Arkansas. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family with burial in the Western New York National Cemetery.
