Bennington - Dante M. Caselli, Sr., 95 of Bennington, formerly of Hamburg, passed away peacefully on Friday (August 2, 2024) at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia.
He was born January 20, 1929 in Buffalo, a son of the late Nazzareno and Albina (Catalina) Caselli. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Pauline "Kitty" (Cott) Caselli; sisters Viola Dybowski and Irene Hoffman.
Mr. Caselli owned and operated South Park Nursery in Hamburg with is late wife.
He is survived by his children, Dante M. (Connie) Caselli, Jr., Deena (late John) Mack, and Darrel (Cindy) Caselli; sister-in-law, Connie (late Richard) Bochenek. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
There will be no visitation and services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bennington Vol. Fire Company, 1353 Clinton Street Road, Attica, New York 14011.
