Timothy J. Foley, 56 of Batavia, passed away peacefully on Monday (November 27, 2023) at the Premier Genesee Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.
He was born August 14, 1967 in Batavia, a son of Jeanne Callan Foley Nichols of Batavia and the late Edward L. Foley.
Tim was employed by Premier Genesee Center prior to his illness. He enjoyed sports and his favorite teams were the Milwaukee Brewers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Buffalo Sabres.
Survivors include his mother, Jeanne Nichols of Batavia. Siblings, Edward (Barbara) Foley of Batavia, James (Mary) Foley of Sandwich, IL, David (Mary) Foley of Batavia, Laura (Patrick) Michalek of Bennington and Charles (Maria) Foley of Batavia. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunt, uncles and cousins.
There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are cordially invited to share in a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday (Nov. 30th), 10:00am at Resurrection Parish, 303 East Main Street, Batavia. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
