Cheryl Wilmet, 62, of Batavia passed away unexpectedly on August 10, 2023. Cheryl was born on November 17, 1960 at St. Jerome’s Hospital in Batavia to Eleanor Clawson and the late Donald Clawson. In addition to her father, Cheryl is predeceased by her maternal grandparents; Carlton and Frances (Hale) Stewart and sister; Tammy Clawson.
Surviving is the love of her life and best friend; Joseph Wilmet, whom she married on October 18, 1997. She is also survived by her children; Brandon Loucks, Ben Loucks, Shelby Jo Wilmet (Fiancé Vinnie Antonucci) and step-daughter Courtney Gross; grandchildren Gematria, Sylvi, Kirk and Jakob; also 2 great-grandchildren; Sue (Terry) Gordon who was a special sister; a special uncle Richard (Grace) Stewart; her special nieces and nephew Tera Olix, Dustin Gordon and Tiffany Gordon, along with other aunts, uncle and many cousins.
Per Cheryl’s request there will be no calling hours or Services.
