Man reportedly striking objects with shovel and throwing traffic cones at Route 19 and Rochester Street, Bergen

Callers to dispatch report a male is wielding a shovel and striking objects, such as yield signs, with it at the intersection of Route 19 and Rochester Street, Bergen. The man is also allegedly throwing traffic cones around. Sheriff's deputies are responding.
