Batavia - Carol Ann Salisbury, 47, of Batavia, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at United Memorial Medical Center.
Carol was born April 6, 1970 in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late James and Jean (Tennant) Salisbury.
Survivors include her fiancé, Oliver Spikes of Batavia; children, Lincoln Spikes, Raven Spikes and Logan Spikes, all of Batavia; two sisters, Kathy (Tim) Jurkovich of Spencer, WV and Connie (Eric) Ellison of Reedy, WV.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia.
