Have you ever attended a live performance of Shakespeare?
NOTE: New policy on poll questions: Some mornings it's very hard to come up with a poll question. I can spend an inordinate amount of time trying to find a topic that works for a question. I'm going to stop doing that. If a poll question doesn't suggest itself easily, I'm not going to spend time searching high and low for an idea. That means we will no longer have polls every weekday.

We are very fortunate to live
We are very fortunate to live as close as we do to Stratford, Ontario. I have seen several plays there, and would love to visit again. I believe when I was 14, I saw Peter Ustinov as King Lear. Awesome, awesome experience.

Raymond, I have sent Howard
Raymond, I have sent Howard poll question suggestions over the years. Some he used, others he didn't. You could send him an e-mail anytime you have an idea. He's a very open guy.
I've done the same Dave and
I've done the same Dave and some have been used. If more folks sent ideas in, it would lighten the creative load and would also give a sense of what people think is important or want to be talking about. It also would go further in making TheBatavian a community product.
Poll suggestions are always
Poll suggestions are always welcome. As others have noted, I've used suggestions from readers.
Whether I use a suggestion is dependent on timing and whether, as purely a matter of subjective judgment on my part, I think the topic or question works for our polls. Feel free to e-mail suggestions any time to howard@thebatavian.com.
