Jamie served our country proudly with the US Marines having served tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan and most recently was living in Newton, MA. He had dedicated his last 16 months caring for a special needs child and recently began his undergrad work in Early Childhood Development. He was an outstanding person with so much to give never asking for anything in return. A kind, caring, selfless man with a big heart and generous spirit.
Surviving along with his parents are his siblings, Joshua (Holly) Carney, Holly (Desmond) Blackshear, Gregory (Alicia) Carney all of Batavia, Patrick (Amanda) Carney of Texas and Lindsay (Brett) Frank of Batavia; his maternal grandmother, Patricia Riemen-Beam of Clarence Center along with many nieces and nephews.
