The Genesee County main numbers 344-2580 and 344-2550 have a new menu for transferring your calls to County departments. When calling these numbers to reach a County department please listen carefully to the entire menu as the options have changed. For example, after reaching the initial menu you now enter '1' to transfer to a menu where you enter your parties extension if you know it. At any time you can enter '0' to be connected to the County Operator for assistance.
