Barking dogs left alone inside South Byron house for a week, claims concerned neighbor

Dogs have been barking inside a residence in the 8200 block of Walkers Corners Road in South Byron and no one's been there for about a week, says a neighbor who called dispatch out of concern for the animals' welfare.
